Asake – 2:30 (Official Video)

“2:30” is a new song by the Nigerian recording artist, Asake. It was recorded and released this year, 2023 and has started going viral and collecting many streams and fans’ commendations for a job well done. “2:30” was released under the imprint of YBNL Nation and Empire. Its production was handled by BlaiseBeatz and Magicsticks.

Mr Money crooner, Asake rises with full energy and gained popularity with the release of his single “Mr. Money” which sees the high echelon of this youngster’s capabilities in reaching the fans’ satisfaction. His debut extended play, “Ololade” was an euphoric and booming released one which got him international recognition. It features megastar, Olamide and a single from the EP, “Sungba”, which was remixed a month later with a verse from Nigerian artist Burna Boy.

His debut album “Mr Money With The Vibes” was a mega-released one supported by the hit singles, “Terminator”, “Peace Be Unto You” and the “Sungba” remix with Burna Boy. The album acquired high praise from fans in his home country of Nigeria, as well as across the world, and went on to break several records globally.

Asake has become one of the favourites and most wanted in the industry, and due to his great deeds, he won the 2023 Male MVP award at the Soundcity MVP Awards which were held at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos. His second single of the year, 2023 which comes after “Yoga” is now on all platforms accumulating lots of commendations. It is a nice and perfect blend of Amapiano and Afrobeat that will keep you dancing each time you start listening to it.
